With the Sales Exam you can rate sales skills, habits, and knowledge against the industry average for sixteen aspects of sales competence. This assessment process empirically measures strengths and reveals development opportunities. In addition it allows you to rank weaknesses and learn how to eliminate or compensate for them.

Participants first complete an online questionnaire and then a live recorded interview where one of our consultants validates the self assessment responses. Combining self assessment with objective validation by an experienced sales consultant, delivers an accurate and quantified assessment of sales strengths and weaknesses for each of the sixteen aspects examined.

You receive a comprehensive report including question explanations, scores, industry test average (ITA), recommendations, and a copy of the recorded interview. If you have had a team of people take the assessment, you will also receive a 25 page report including details of the assessment, tabulated results, comparisons with the team average and ITA scores, conclusions regarding the team performance, and recommendations.
